Supporting our community is central to my work as a coach. From youth athletes to individuals improving their health, and athletes with intellectual disabilities, I’m proud to contribute to programmes that build strength, confidence, and long-term wellbeing across Otago.

King's High School Rugby Assistant S&C Coach
I work closely with the rugby program to deliver strength, conditioning, and movement-quality training that supports both performance and long-term athlete development. This includes gym-based sessions, field conditioning, speed/agility work, and injury-prevention strategies.

Dunedin Special Olympics Powerlifting
I support athletes in technique development, structured training, and competition preparation. This role is deeply meaningful, creating an accessible and empowering environment for athletes with intellectual disabilities to succeed in strength sport.
